Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by applicable law.

For customers located in the European Union (EU), a 14-day return period applies. Also they are able to cancel their order until order is fullfilled. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund for non-defective items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help. Please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include clear photos of the product, the issue, and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
